Dear Detective Armstrong:
Confirming our telephone conversation of today, please be advised that I have been assigned to investigate a life insurance claim under the above noted Twin Rivers policy.
The policy was issued on December 12, 1995, to Mr. Roger Hammond, 4314 Mockingbird Road, Oxford, Mississippi in the amount of $2,000,000 ($2 million). It is a standard life insurance policy with a double indemnity clause for accidental death and payable on Mrs. Hammond's death.
However, in the event Mr.. Hammond predeceased his wife, the same amount would then go to Lydia Hammond (daughter) in the form of a trust account.
Mr. Hammond made claim on this policy on January 30, 2001.
As I understand there is an ongoing investigation into Mrs. Hammond's homicide, I ask that you keep me apprised of any developments that occur.
Very truly yours,
Bin Lee Choi
